Props for Yin Yoga at Home: please bring at least one large towel. ​Two blocks are great if you have at home - but anything that can provide a little cozy support is perfect! (Pillow, blankets, etc.)

Yin Yoga is passive but challenging - benefits include increased focus; reduced stress + anxiety; opening connective tissue and fascia of the body to add circulation, flexibility and mobility.

We hold a variations of seated and supine poses for 5+ minutes each. Come exactly as you are! Escape for 60
 mins of personal self care through the gaze and guide of Yin Yoga.
